The Farm

Production center

We believe that effective leadership is fundamentally about aligning our actions with our words. While many understand the potential for success, true achievement often requires the discipline and resilience to act upon that knowledge.

Our Production Center is designed to be a practical farming business model. We aim to help farmers cultivate the mindset, discipline, and work ethic essential for their success. By offering a first-hand experience of a thriving farming enterprise, we hope to motivate and inspire rural and smallholder farmers to transition from subsistence farming to a business-oriented approach. Ultimately, we envision many farmers, starting from the grassroots, developing successful farming ventures and actively contributing to the economy.

Given the significant role farming plays in Zimbabwe's economy, our long-term aspiration is to expand AgroHealth Initiatives into a comprehensive resource and research center, serving farmers across the entire country.

Projects on the Farm

Livestock Projects

Our Production Center is dedicated to raising healthy livestock for competitive sale at auctions, butcheries, and various markets.

We believe that creating value and profitable margins in all our endeavors is crucial for growth beyond mere sustenance. While we currently rely on donor support for our programs, our long-term goal is to finance the majority of our community engagement activities and future initiatives, both domestically and internationally, through our own income streams.

Crop Production

Through this initiative, we aim to significantly increase crop production on our farm. Our vision is to reach a scale where we can not only produce enough to create our own livestock feeds but also make a substantial contribution to national food security efforts. Beyond this, we are committed to establishing AgroHealth as a recognized name in the production of various crop seed varieties. Our primary objective here is to empower rural and smallholder farmers by providing them with accessible and affordable high-quality seeds.

Furthermore, a key part of our plan involves developing farming models that are both cost-effective and capable of yielding greater returns for farmers. We recognize that many individuals in our communities are incredibly hardworking and resilient, but they often lack the necessary support, mentorship, and resources to thrive. As this initiative expands and our resources grow, we aspire to work alongside as many farmers as possible, helping them build security for themselves and for future generations.

Infrastructure Development

We believe that establishing the right infrastructure is absolutely crucial for all the endeavors we are pursuing at the farm. This encompasses a variety of essential elements, including suitable housing for our dedicated workers, well-designed structures for our diverse livestock, efficient storage facilities, necessary farming implements and equipment, properly maintained paddocks, a reliable power source whether through electricity or solar, and a more secure boundary fence for the entire farm, among other vital infrastructural needs.

Currently, we are in the initial stages of our farm's development strategy. We're pleased to share that we're slowly making progress, but there is still a considerable amount of work to be done. We are committed to constantly posting photos and videos as we progress, so you can follow along with our journey and see the tangible developments firsthand. If you are interested in partnering with us, would like to make a donation to support our efforts, or simply want to learn more about our vision and ongoing projects, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Thank you for your interest and support.
